To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this letter as a wholehearted recommendation of Arwen McGilvra. I was initially impressed with Arwen’s enthusiasm, teaching skills and professional demeanor when she began to watch our two elementary school girls at the local After School program. During the years Arwen ran the program at Central School she consistently demonstrated all of these qualities and more, and I heartily endorse her.

Arwen is reliable, dedicated and eternally upbeat. She brings a strong ability to create a fun, organized, safe, and educational curriculum, and it is because of her excellence in this area that we continued to keep our girls in the program. Arwen multitasks effectively and her diverse skill set benefit her well.

Organized, creative, and diligent, Arwen always had challenging and interesting activities for our children. There were a number of occasions when the girls would come home and tell me about a special project or activity; I would ask if they did it at school and their reply would be, “no we did it with Arwen!”

Arwen is an incredibly smart, creative, and hardworking professional. She has my enthusiastic recommendation.
